This wasnt like a bog standard course thats the same all over it was more of a fast hands on learning curve john was extremely knowledgable but also patient no matter how many questions i asked he had time to answer but also go on further with demonstrations outside the classroom ive never been on a course like this were ive taken so much away in such a short space if time also john offered follow on learning after id left which was a bit of a surprise as this just doesnt happen in training centres ive ever been to really is a credit to ops.
